This role leads supply planning across 7 manufacturing sites in the US and 1 external co-packer, ensuring feasible plans aligned with labor, equipment, and material (including Milk) constraints. The Supply Planning Manager plays a critical role in the IBP/SIOP & S&OE processes, driving alignment between Production Scheduling, Demand Planning, Purchasing, and Finance to support business objectives.Context to maximize your impact:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance401(k) with 7% company contributions3 weeks Paid Time OffPaid holidays and 2 floating holidaysPaid parental leaveAdvancement OpportunitiesSalary range 006: $107,800 - $134,800 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position)Where you will drive value:Manufacturing & Production PlanningManage master supply plans driven by demand and Inventory targets, that can be translated into finite schedules at the site levelLead Rough Cut Capacity Planning by evaluating operational, material, and storage constraints alongside cheese aging requirementsUnderstand site?level constraints including labor, equipment uptime, changeovers, and yield lossesBalance production efficiency with customer service and inventory objectivesSupport make?to?stock and make?to?order environments as applicableMaterials & Inventory ManagementPartner with Material Purchasing ensuring availability of raw materials & Packaging componentsOptimize & Manage our Inventory Policy across manufacturing and distribution nodesDrive reduction of excess, obsolete, and slow?moving inventoryIntegrated Business Planning (IBP / SIOP)Own and lead the Monthly Supply Review within the IBP/SIOP processAssess long?term capacity requirements and constraints (labor, equipment, Milk)Develop scenario plans and trade?off recommendations (service, cost, inventory, capacity)Develop rough-cut capacity plans with financial outlooksPerformance Management & Continuous ImprovementTrack and improve KPIs such as:OTIFSchedule attainment & adherenceInventory turns and days of supplyCapacity utilizationLead root?cause analysis for service failures or production shortfallsDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning accuracy, responsiveness, and executionSupport ERP planning system enhancementsPeople LeadershipLead and develop supply plannersFoster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the planning teamWhat will enable you to have an impact:Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in managing a network of multiple manufacturing sites in a supply planning capacityStrong working knowledge of MRP & capacity planning5+ years of experience operating within SIOP/IBP and S&OE frameworksMinimum of 3 years of experience managing direct reportsProficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)Advanced Excel and strong analytical skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fieldManufacturing environment experienceAPICS CPIM / CSCP or similar certificationUnderstanding of the Demand Planning practices within the monthly S&OP cycleA role aligned with what creates the greatest collective impact.Agropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
