Supply Planning Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Planning Coordinator to support daily reporting, master data management, and supply planning operations.
• This role is responsible for maintaining planning system data, supporting order execution activities, managing supply and demand reports, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve inventory visibility and planning accuracy.
• This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0-3 years of experience looking to build a career in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Inventory Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Master Data & Reporting

• Maintain and publish daily supply and demand reports.
• Manage and monitor past-due reports to ensure visibility of open orders and execution issues.
• Update and maintain item and vendor lead times within planning systems.
• Support new product setup and ongoing master data maintenance.
• Audit, correct, and optimize item attributes within ERP and planning systems.

Supply Planning & Execution

• Release planned orders for external suppliers.
• Process internal requisitions and internal sales orders.
• Monitor order releases and coordinate with local supply planners.
• Support demand and supply alignment activities.
• Investigate and resolve planning system exceptions.

Inventory & Supply Management

• Support weekly demand planning and inventory reviews.
• Assist with safety stock and inventory segmentation activities.
• Track excess and oversupply inventory.
• Partner with inventory and planning teams to manage excess material and improve inventory health.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Operations, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with ERP or planning systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP is highly preferred.
• Exposure to supply planning, inventory management, demand planning, or material planning processes.
• Experience with reporting, master data management, or supply chain analytics.
