Bergdorf Goodman is part of Saks Global's portfolio of top luxury retail brands and real estate assets.The Store Supplies Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of supply, coordinating inventory, and ensuring smooth store operations by maintaining adequate supply levels and efficient replenishment processes.- Inventory & Replenishment Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking schedules to meet demand.- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues regarding shipments or documentation.- Order Processing: Prepare supply orders, track shipments, and verify receipt of goods.- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and provide regular updates to management.- Operational Support: Assist with special projects, marketing requests, and seasonal event setups.- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various departments to support projects and ensure operational efficiency.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Effective inventory management and monitoring abilities.- Excellent interpersonal skills for vendor and staff relations.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant operational software.- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.-High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business or Retail Management preferred.- Prior experience in retail, supply chain, or inventory management is beneficial.Opportunity to work in a dynamic fast paced environment at a company experiencing growth and transformationExposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities across the largest multi-brand luxury retailer from retail to distribution, to digital or corporateComprehensive benefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, vision and dental)An amazing employee discountThe hourly rate for this position is $22.
