Job TitleSupply CoordinatorLocationCharlotte, NC - Three days in the office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)Role OverviewThe Supply Coordinator supports the management of TTX's indirect spend by executing procurement activities across multiple categories, including MRO, facilities, and services. This role is responsible for the full procure-to-pay lifecycle—from sourcing support and vendor coordination to requisition processing and data analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and delivering cost-effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute day-to-day procurement activities including requisition processing, purchase order creation, and order trackingSupport sourcing efforts by obtaining quotes, comparing bids, and coordinating supplier responsesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliersEnsure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and approval workflowsAssist with supplier onboarding, documentation, and system setupAnalyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support reporting effortsMaintain accurate supplier records, pricing matrices, and procurement trackersResolve order, invoice, and pricing discrepancies in a timely mannerSupport contract compliance by validating pricing and key commercial termsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chainStrong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detailProficient in Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, formulas)Experience with ERP systems (preferred: Oracle Fusion or similar)Preferred: Power BI or data visualization experienceAbility to interpret quotes, bids, and basic contract termsStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyComfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Purchase order accuracy and cycle timeCost avoidance and contribution to savings initiativesCompliance with procurement policies and contractsTimely resolution of supplier and invoice issuesData accuracy and reporting qualityStakeholder satisfaction and responsivenessPhysical Job RequirementsGeneral office environment; may be required to travel.
