We are hiring an Blue Yonder Support Specialist.
Location: Morrisville, North Carolina (Onsite – No Remote)
Mandatory skills:
Blue Yonder WMS implementation experience
RedPrairie WMS versions 2009 and/or 2012
Advanced proficiency in MOCA architecture
RedPrairie Integrator
DDA screen configuration and adjustments
Page Builder
WMS incident resolution and production support
System optimization and integration maintenance
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical contact for daily WMS operations
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents
Maintain and optimize integrations across the WMS environment
Support legacy RedPrairie infrastructure and modern operational requirements
Collaborate with warehouse, business, and technical teams
Help maintain system stability and minimize downtime across distribution operations.
Candidates must have hands-on implementation and production-support experience with Blue Yonder and legacy RedPrairie WMS.
