Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.QualificationsRequired: Bachelor’s degree5+ years of experience in supply chain risk management, logistics, policy analysis, acquisition, sustainment, transportation, or industrial base programs within federal or defense environments5+ Experience drafting policy documents, decision papers, briefings, memoranda, and executive correspondence5+ Experience coordinating stakeholder reviews, staffing packages, governance actions, or implementation activities across multiple organizationsActive Secret security clearance requiredAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: 8+ years of experience in policy, logistics, supply chain, acquisition, sustainment, or supply chain risk management programs within federal or defense environments6+ Experience supporting headquarters, component, command, or enterprise-level logistics and supply chain policy or governance activities6+ Experience assessing industrial base risk, critical dependencies, supplier resilience, transportation networks, or supply availability6+ Experience preparing executive briefings, recommendations, read-aheads, or decision support materials for senior leaders6+ Experience developing performance measures, reporting mechanisms, risk dashboards, or implementation plansFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington DC, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Washington DC and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000 to $188,000.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
