Managing the daily operations of the Purchasing department, the full-time remote Supply Chain Purchasing Manager will ensure team collaboration, oversee procurement activities, and optimize supply chain processes while maintaining relationships with suppliers. Key responsibilities Administers all Supply Chain Purchasing functions, including transactions for supplies, services, and equipment Collaborates with key stakeholders to execute strategic plans and reduce expenses while ensuring quality of care Implements continuous process improvement strategies and manages team recruitment, training, and development Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field Five years of experience in supply chain or a related field Proficiency in project management and strategic thinking Comprehensive understanding of ERP's Purchasing software capabilities Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean
