Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Integration Project Manager to lead a complex, enterprise-wide technology integration initiative involving SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Field Service, ORTEC, MasterTrac, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

This individual will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, coordinating multiple technology vendors, managing cross-platform integrations, and ensuring successful implementation across business and IT functions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of enterprise project management, Salesforce and SAP integration experience, supply chain knowledge, and multi-vendor leadership.

This role requires a hands-on project leader who can manage technical teams, challenge vendor estimates, control scope, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex enterprise supply chain and technology integration program, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Manage integrations across SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Field Service, ORTEC, MasterTrac, and SAP CPI, ensuring seamless communication between enterprise platforms.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, milestones, and deliverables.
• Apply a hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodology, combining structured project governance with iterative development, sprint planning, and milestone-based releases.
• Coordinate multiple third-party technology vendors, internal IT teams, solution architects, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee Salesforce Platform custom development initiatives and integrations with SAP and other supply chain applications.
• Manage technical dependencies, system interfaces, data synchronization, integration testing, and defect resolution.
• Establish and maintain project governance processes, including RAID logs, change management, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
• Ensure vendors meet contractual commitments, delivery schedules, quality standards, and approved project scope.
• Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, cutover activities, and hypercare support.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure technology solutions align with operational requirements and supply chain processes.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership and steering committees regarding project progress, risks, budgets, and key decisions.
• Drive organizational readiness, user adoption, training coordination, and transition to ongoing operational support.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience, preferably leading complex enterprise application implementations and integrations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-vendor technology integration projects.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Platform implementations, custom development, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience managing SAP implementations or SAP-integrated enterprise applications, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience overseeing enterprise application integrations, API connectivity, data synchronization, and cross-platform testing.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, transportation, order management, or field service business processes.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, vendor performance, and scope changes.
• Ability to work directly with solution architects, technical development teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, production deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Salesforce Field Service and custom Salesforce application development.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
• Experience with ORTEC, MasterTrac, or similar logistics, route optimization, dispatch, or transportation management platforms.
• Background in manufacturing, chemical distribution, transportation, logistics, or industrial supply chain environments.
