- 5+ years of experience in financial operations, accounts payable, procurement operations, FinOps, supply chain, infrastructure operations, or related analytical roles.
- Data center management and Co-Location experience along with Invoice and PO validation experience is required
- Invoice and PO validation: Match invoices against purchase orders, contracts, rates, and quantities.
- Financial analysis: Handle accruals, forecasting, budget-versus-actual reporting, and cost variances.
- Excel and ERP: Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP, BPC, or similar systems.
- Vendor management: Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on missing invoices.
- Data center billing: Understand fixed rent, power consumption (kWh), and Smart Hands services.
- Process improvement: Support invoice automation and AI-assisted invoice matching.
- Stakeholder management: Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Data Center Operations, and suppliers.
