Watch this video to learn more about why we work at Lockheed Martin!Who You Are: As a member of the Lockheed Martin, Global Supply Chain, Material Program Management Team, and as an individual contributor for the F-22 Sustainment team, you will impact major complex procurements of different contract types and will have continued interaction with Lockheed Martin program management and LM SCM Upper Leadership.

You'll need to operate autonomously and have the business acumen for interaction with the strategic supplier leadership chains. In addition, you'll be looked upon to help guide and mentor other members of the team with their continued learning and training.What You Will Be Doing: In this fast-paced role, you'll play a critical part in supporting the development and implementation of material program strategies, providing pursuit support and coordinating with supply chain teams to ensure alignment and effective planning. This role will be responsible for obtaining and summarizing forecasted program material demand to inform global supply chain management resource allocation, documenting subcontract risk/opportunity throughout the program lifecycle and engaging with finance, scheduling, and business management teams to identify issues where subcontracts may be over/under spending or experiencing schedule mismatches. Must be a US Citizen this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Occasional domestic travel could be required (up to 25%)AeroSCM Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited college or universityAdvanced communication and presentation skillsExperience with FAR/DFAR (or international equivalents)Experience building relationships with programs, subcontractors and functional stakeholders, as well as delivering results to those stakeholdersExperience representing the SCM organization to both internal and external stakeholders at all levelsDesired Skills:At least 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (Subcontract Management)In depth understanding of procurement principles, contract management, and supply chain managementExperience multi-tasking responsibilities, with appropriate follow-throughAbility to analyze data and develop reports to support program decision-makingAbility to think strategically and understand program strategyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelySecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
