Summary
This is a Warehouse Specialist / role supporting the Supply Chain / Materials Management function in a 100% on-site Houston pharmaceutical environment. The position is responsible for handling Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Warehousing, Inventory Control, and Shipping activities while ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements and SOPs. Ideal candidates will have pharmaceutical industry experience, SAP knowledge, and warehouse logistics experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily operations within assigned core area, including, Receiving, Issuing, Shipping, Warehousing and Inventory Control
- Develop basic understanding and competency in SAP transactions related to assigned duties.
- Accurately process SAP transactions such as, Goods Receipt, Stock Overview, , Stock Put-Away, Material Movements and Sales Distribution
- Ensure all transactions and activities comply with cGMP requirements and SOPs.
- Perform general stores supply activities, including Initial receiving in goods receipt, Handling released materials, Distribution and Restocking
- Complete ongoing area and equipment training to increase operational knowledge.
- Participate in ongoing Employee Health & Safety (EHS) chemical awareness training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Logistics operations and SAP
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics processes
- Basic computer proficiency
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow up on tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Willingness to cross-train across multiple warehouse and materials management functions
