Supply Chain Manager – Supplements Business Unit

Type: Full-time

Easy Healthcare Corporation | easy@Home, Premom (EHC), is currently seeking an experienced, detail-driven, and self-motivated professional to own the day-to-day manufacturer relationships and order lifecycle for our growing Supplements Business Unit, as our Supply Chain Manager.

Easy Healthcare Corporation (EHC) specializes in personal healthcare and medical device products and services. Our Easy@Home and Premom brands have consistently been top sellers in the fertility and diagnostic categories. Our Supplements line supports the same fertility, pregnancy, and women's health journey — and we're expanding it across the EU, UK, India, and China.

This is a full-time remote position.

Our company headquarters are in Darien, IL.

About the role: We are seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own manufacturer relationships and order execution across our Supplements Business Unit — multiple manufacturers, a growing SKU catalog, and active international expansion into the EU, UK, India, and China.

As part of this position, you will report to the Supplements BU Lead and work closely as a peer with our Ops, Compliance/Regulatory, and E-Commerce leads. You'll take ownership of the operational systems — trackers, scorecards, checklists — that keep manufacturers, purchase orders, and launch timelines on schedule, so day-to-day execution no longer has to route through leadership.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable owning purchase orders, specs, and manufacturer relationships end-to-end. Experience with dietary supplements or another regulated CPG category is a strong plus, as is exposure to international sourcing or regulatory-adjacent work.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Own Manufacturer Relationships: Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact across all five manufacturers, building and maintaining the working relationships that keep production on schedule and issues resolved before they become delays.

• Place and Manage Purchase Orders: Own the full PO lifecycle — quantities, pricing, timing — across every manufacturer, keeping our order tracking system current as the master record for every production run.

• Track Projects and Enforce Timelines: Maintain a shared tracker with hard due dates across every active SKU and launch — label submission, PO placement, production milestones, shipping — and proactively follow up with manufacturers to catch slippage before it becomes a missed date.

• Verify Label and Formulation Accuracy: Confirm formulations match across the full document chain (quote, Finished Product Specification Sheet, Supplement Facts Panel/label, and Certificate of Analysis), catching any mismatch — including unit-conversion errors — before a product ships.

• Support International Expansion: Partner directly with our Compliance/Regulatory lead on our EU, UK, India, and China launches — placing the related purchase orders and supplying the manufacturer documentation (specs, COAs, safety data, country-specific label requirements) those regulatory submissions depend on.

• Diversify and Vet Manufacturers: Help source, vet, and onboard new manufacturers as the business diversifies its supplier base, including for markets where a current manufacturer isn't approved or cost-competitive.

• Build Manufacturer Accountability: Develop and maintain a monthly manufacturer scorecard (on-time %, defect/backorder rate, responsiveness) to track performance and inform sourcing decisions.

• Coordinate with E-Commerce: Keep our E-Commerce lead proactively informed of order and production timelines and reorder needs, so Amazon listing content and inventory planning stay ahead of supply.

• Manage Assigned Projects: Take ownership of any related projects or tasks assigned by supervisors or management.

To be successful in this position, you will be exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning purchase orders and supplier relationships independently. You will be a proactive communicator who knows when to make a call and when to escalate, and a systems builder who sets up the tracker or checklist rather than re-solving the same problem every time. Familiarity with regulated product documentation (specs, certificates of analysis, label requirements) is a strong plus, as is comfort working across international manufacturers and markets and experience in the supplement industry. Use of AI is strongly encouraged.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a growing supply chain function within a business actively expanding into new international markets.

Experience, skills, and strengths:

• Proven Experience in Supply Chain or Procurement: A strong track record managing purchase orders, manufacturer relationships, and production timelines, ideally within dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or another regulated CPG category.

• Documentation and Spec Accuracy: Demonstrated ability to cross-check specs, quotes, labels, and lab/testing documentation to catch discrepancies before products ship.

• Manufacturer Relationship Management: Experience serving as the primary point of contact for multiple concurrent suppliers, resolving issues proactively rather than reactively. • International Sourcing Exposure: Experience with international manufacturers, import/export requirements, or regulatory-adjacent documentation (EU, UK, India, and/or China) is a strong plus.

• Systems and Process Building: A track record of building trackers, scorecards, or checklists that make a process repeatable rather than solving the same fire drill each time.

• Strong Communication Skills: Clear, proactive verbal and written communication with both internal teams and external manufacturer partners.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with compliance, operations, and e-commerce/marketing counterparts to keep timelines and priorities aligned.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable tracking performance metrics (on-time %, defect rates, responsiveness) and using them to inform sourcing decisions.

• Adaptability and Independent Judgment: Comfortable making day-to-day decisions independently within defined thresholds, and quickly adapting to shifting manufacturer or launch timelines.

• Self-Motivation and Initiative: A self-starter who takes full ownership of the order lifecycle from PO to shipped, on-spec inventory.

Education and certifications:

• Associate degree or higher, or equivalent work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a similar field.
