This role will partner with leadership across operations, procurement, finance, and commercial teams to improve demand planning, capacity planning, inventory strategy, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional decision making across multiple manufacturing sites.
We're looking for someone with:
- 6+ years of manufacturing supply chain experience
- Strong background in demand, production, capacity, or inventory planning
- Exposure to S&OP/SIOP or planning transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Experience influencing stakeholders across a matrix organization
Ideal backgrounds include medical device, aerospace/defense, electronics, industrial manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
