This is a hybrid role combining:Production planning and schedulingLogistics coordination (inbound and outbound)Inventory tracking and job transactionsERP system usage and process supportThis is not a purely administrative position. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate incoming materials from suppliers and vendorsManage outbound shipments of finished goodsSupport production planning and schedulingTrack inventory movement and ensure accuracy within ERP systemsMaintain job tracking, reporting, and transactional accuracyGenerate and review shipping and receiving documentationPartner with operations, production, and procurement teamsAssist with forecasting, planning, and workflow improvementsSupport ongoing process development in a growing operationQualifications3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse operationsExperience with ERP systems (transactions, inventory, planning)Background in production control, scheduling, or logistics coordination preferredExperience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferredWork EnvironmentFully onsite (Monday–Friday)Fast-paced, high-growth settingStartup-style expectations during ramp-up periodOpportunity to support the build-out of processes and systemsPay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per yearSearch managed by: Laarnie Thompson Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
