Contracts SpecialistEnterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity on our Supply Chain Management team for a Contracts Specialist!The primary responsibility of the Contracts Specialist is to draft and maintain contracts, statements of work (SOW), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), addendums, contract templates and other related documents. This role also negotiates basic terms and conditions with suppliers and uses the Coupa contract lifecycle management tool to track current contract obligations and implement contract management best practices. Additionally, the Contracts Specialist advises internal teams on the various legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to commercial agreements and assists with the continuous development of contract processes.
