Supporting the Supply Chain & Logistics team, the full-time Supply Chain Business Analyst will develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and create executive-level reports to drive informed business decisions in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Create executive-level reports and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL to support supply chain decision-making Develop and maintain data governance standards, KPI definitions, and reporting documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy of supply chain data Analyze freight spend and service level metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business analytics, data analytics, operations management, statistics, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus Minimum of three years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or business data analytics Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and data analysis techniques Experience with NetSuite ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and SQL queries Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
