To drive business process delivery and operational efficiency, the contract Supply Chain Business Analyst will work remotely, optimizing delivery metrics, managing project funding documentation, and implementing process automation. Key responsibilities Oversee pOTD operations, track delivery overrides, and mitigate risks associated with late shipments Generate weekly summary slides, build operational dashboards, and maintain real-time demand and delivery metrics Query and analyze supply chain datasets using SQL to evaluate process health and support automation Required qualifications 8+ years of dedicated experience as a Business Analyst within Supply Chain environments High School Diploma or equivalent background Proven hands-on expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting Demonstrated history of capturing business requirements and redesigning operational workflows Bachelor's degree is preferred
