### About the Role

HyperSlash Technologies is seeking analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analysts to support supply chain operations, inventory planning, procurement, and logistics performance. The ideal candidates will use data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, optimize costs, and support informed business decisions.

### Key Roles & Responsibilities

- **Supply Chain Analysis:** Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, replenishment cycles, and inventory accuracy to support optimal stock availability.
- **Demand Forecasting:** Analyze historical sales, demand patterns, and operational data to support demand planning and forecasting.
- **Procurement Support:** Evaluate purchasing trends, supplier performance, procurement costs, and material requirements.
- **Logistics Coordination:** Monitor transportation, warehousing, distribution, and delivery performance to help ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Develop reports, dashboards, and key performance indicator (KPI) analyses to track supply chain performance.
- **Cost Optimization:** Identify opportunities to reduce operational expenses, minimize waste, and improve resource utilization.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Track metrics such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment, delivery timelines, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with procurement, warehouse, logistics, finance, and operations teams to improve coordination and workflow efficiency.
- **Process Improvement:** Recommend data-backed solutions to streamline supply chain workflows and strengthen operational performance.
- **ERP & Reporting Systems:** Use relevant business systems and analytical tools to maintain accurate data and support operational decision-making.

### Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Understanding of inventory management, procurement, logistics, and demand planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and communicate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and visualization tools such as Power BI, is an asset.

### Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant internship, academic project, or professional experience in supply chain management or operations.
- Experience with inventory planning, procurement analysis, logistics reporting, or demand forecasting.
- Knowledge of SAP, ERP platforms, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

### What We Offer

- Competitive annual salary of CAD $85,000 $105,000.
