Supply Chain Analyst II - Card Member Administration Management (CMAM)

Supply Chain AnalystAs a Supply Chain Analyst, this position will monitor, manage, forecast, and analyze usage and cost of credit card and printed materials inventory. This role will work with internal partners and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery and management of supplies. This position will report to the Assistant Vice President, Supply Chain.

Summary of Essential Job FunctionsManage credit card and related inventory through usage tracking, data analysis, forecasting and ordering, as appropriateDevelop inventory dashboards and metrics recommendations in support of analyzing and evaluating the material stock levelsEnsure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlledMaintain cadence of communications to internal business partners and managementWork with third party vendors, as appropriateSupport AVP of Supply Chain with special projectsPrepare and distribute meeting summaries/agendas and project related communicationsFacilitate and expedite content through processes and approval chainsFollow association guidelines, compliance policies and procedures for business activitiesDocument and improve processesPerform other duties as assignedPosition RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience in a corporate environmentAdvanced Microsoft Applications skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio-preferred) with an emphasis on advanced Excel skillsPreferred: SQL, SAS, Tableau skillsOutstanding time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects in parallelHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProgram management skillsEffective communication skills and ability to work well across all levels and functions in the companyFlexible and open to changeProactive, self-starter, willingness to learnCredit One Bank, N.A. is a data-driven financial services company based in Las Vegas.
