Supplier/Vendor Management - Program ManagerLocation: Bellevue, WAJob Type: Full-TimeSalary Range: $100,000 – $110,000 per annumJob Description: Supply chain; circular centers; supplier and vendor management; Program ManagerProven experience preferably in logistics; operations; or supply chain environmentsCircular centers; Strong analytical skills; ExcelRoles & Responsibilities:Contracts Program Manager – Supplier/Vendor Management (Onsite)Own end to end supplier contract lifecycle management, including SOW creation, review, and execution for downstream vendors/suppliersPartner with procurement, program teams, and suppliers post component/server selection to onboard vendors and enable go to market readinessDrive SOW drafting and approvals, including coordination with CELA (legal) and compliance stakeholdersManage contract workflows in Icertis (preferred), ensuring accuracy, tracking, and timely executionSupport vendor onboarding and setup within Microsoft systems prior to engagement/transactionsEnsure status tracking, prioritization, and timely closure of contract deliverablesAct as the single point of contact for supplier contract queries, ensuring alignment across business, legal, and operationsMaintain contract documentation, governance, and audit readiness across the lifecycleDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
