Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain supplier quality management systems and procedures for regulatory compliance
- Conduct supplier audits to assess quality systems, manufacturing processes, and capability alignment
- Lead new supplier selection and qualification including technical review and process validation
- Monitor supplier performance metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements for new products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 3-5 years supplier quality engineering or quality assurance experience in regulated industry
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820 requirements
- Proficiency with quality tools: FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D problem-solving, root cause analysis
- Experience conducting supplier audits and assessments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
