Reporting to the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, this role is responsible for maintaining non-conformance records (NCR), supporting Material Review Board (MRB) processes, managing data within the Quality Management System (QMS) software, and assisting with supplier qualification activities.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Create, document, and maintain Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for supplier-related issuesb. Ensure accurate and timely entry of NCR data into the Quality Management System (QMS)c.

Track NCRs through investigation, disposition, and closured. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure proper documentation and response timelinese. Analyze NCR trends and support identification of recurring supplier issuesSupplier Quality Issue Management (Containment, RCA, CAPA)a. Support containment activities for non-conforming supplier materials to prevent production impactb. Assist in supplier root cause analysisc. Track supplier corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure and verify responses meet requirementsd. Maintain clear communication and follow-up with suppliers regarding quality issues and expectationsMaterials Review Board (MRB) Supporta.

Support MRB activities for supplier-related non-conforming materialsb. Ensure proper segregation, identification, and documentation of non-conforming materialc. Coordinate disposition decisions with Supplier Quality Engineers, Engineering, and Operationsd. Maintain accurate records of MRB decisions and ensure traceability within the QMSe. Assist in driving timely disposition to minimize impact to production schedulesQuality Management System (QMS) SoftwareMaintain accurate and up-to-date records within the QMS software, including NCRs, CAPAs, and supplier dataSupport data integrity, reporting, and system updates related to supplier quality activitiesGenerate reports and metrics to support supplier performance monitoring and management reviewsAssist with additional quality-related tasks and cross-functional support as neededSupplier Qualification Activitiesa. Support supplier qualification and onboarding processes, including documentation and record collectionb. Assist in maintaining supplier approval records, certifications, and quality documentationc.

Support preparation and follow-up activities for supplier audits and assessmentsd. Track supplier performance data to support ongoing qualification and re-evaluatione. Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure supplier compliance with company and customer requirementsQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
