Senior Supplier Program Management SpecialistBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist (Level 4 or 5) to join our dynamic team in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania.Position Responsibilities:Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activitiesLeads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phasesConducts and guides supplier assessmentsDevelops current and projected work statementLeads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plansCommunicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholdersDevelops and executes work movement plansThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position is for 1st shift.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or higher in EngineeringMore than 5 years of experience in program management within supplier management1 or more years of experience working in an engineering fieldPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Level 5: 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMore than 5 years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective actionMore than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processesMore than 5 years of experience working across multiple programs and locationsMore than 5 years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performanceMore than 5 years of experience leading supplier contract negotiationsEducation/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
