Managing the end-to-end process of supplemental insurance claims, the full-time remote Supplemental Claims Examiner will adjudicate claims, verify eligibility, and ensure timely payments while providing compassionate service to claimants and policyholders. Key Responsibilities Manage claim intake, review, and communication across digital and paper channels Verify eligibility, analyze coverage details, and adjudicate supplemental insurance claims Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying issues and supporting workflow enhancements Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in supplemental claims processing Prior experience with medical billing or CPT coding Strong ability to analyze information and interpret policy provisions Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
