Summary You will serve as the Head of the China Lake Ranges (CLR) Operations Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will serve as the primary customer interface and execution lead to ensure test, evaluation, and training events are executed safely and efficiently. You will generate long-term staffing plans and workforce initiatives to continually improve the division's technical capabilities. You will assess facility and infrastructure capabilities against projected customer demand signals to prepare for future requirements. You will apply effective technical and business practices to automate and continuously improve customer products and services. You will generate and present high-level briefings to senior leadership, stakeholders, and potential customers regarding organizational capabilities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band (NM-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Leading, inspiring, and supervising large, diverse, and multi-disciplinary teams, including managing personnel resources and implementing organizational policies; 2) Managing large, complex programs involving multiple disciplines, which includes developing and executing program budgets on time and within financial constraints; 3) Overseeing the system development and integration of complex technical systems; 4) Managing and executing Test and Evaluation (T&E) events, including ensuring operational safety and delivering decision-quality data to stakeholders.
