Supervisory Medical Support Assistant
The position is a Supervisory Medical Support Assistant within Surgical Service Line at the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center. The primary duties of the Supervisory MSA are to have full responsibility for supervising subordinate MSA team leader(s) and advanced MSAs who perform a variety of administrative support functions in connection with Veteran's outpatient visits, care, and treatments, while working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary coordinated care delivery mode.
