As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will:

1. Develop, analyze, and advise leadership on programmatic planning and implementation, including long-range strategic planning.
2. Identify and propose solutions to management problems that are of major importance to planning program direction.
3. Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the team including establishing short and long-term goals, operational plans and program direction and priorities for the branch.
4. Evaluate, process, and/or make recommendations for effective organizational changes, including changes of systems, policies, and procedures.
