Supervisory Hydrologic Technician

Job Duties

Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following:

1. Supervision of surface water, ground water, and water quality Field Office activities.
2. Consults with Data Chief on significant operational, management, and personnel issues.
3. Provides technical leadership for a range of hydrologic field activities and office procedures.
4. Provides technical leadership for field construction and/or the installation, operation, maintenance, and calibration of a variety of hydrologic data-measuring instruments.
5. Works closely with management in implementing the Center and Water Mission area policies and procedures.
