Supervisory General Engineer/Supervisory Physical Scientist
As a Supervisory General Engineer/Supervisory Physical Scientist, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:
- Developing, implementing, evaluating, and improving processes and procedures to monitor the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of the Branch.
- Supervising and managing all aspects of the Branch's research and equipment development activities and exercising full supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- Providing scientific leadership during the planning, directing, and execution of the activities of the Branch.
- Preparing or supervising the preparation of research reports, articles, or monographs describing findings from research studies or projects conducted.
- Conceiving, planning, and conducting research on unexplored areas relating to mining safety and health.
- Developing and designing new theoretical treatments and procedures for testing and solving problems.
