Job Title

Plan, organize, and direct organizational priorities and resources to achieve the Division's goals for development and implementation of emission reduction programs for heavy-duty engines and vehicles.

Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities to promote an environment that empowers employees to participate in and contribute to effective mission accomplishment.

Represent the Agency to stakeholders by building effective working relationships, providing policy and procedural guidance, and resolving issues as they arise.

Serve as the Agency's technical authority on heavy-duty engine and vehicle emissions reduction strategies, policies, and regulations.
