Nike is seeking a Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our Beaverton retail store. You will coach a diverse team, ensuring every athlete receives premium service while driving sales and operational excellence.
Responsibilities include leading floor coverage, overseeing cash handling and opening/closing, maintaining accurate inventory, and executing brand-right visual merchandising. You’ll analyze KPIs, resolve customer concerns, and support hiring, training, and performance feedback.
