This role ensures project execution, workforce coordination, and performance management.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact between supplier and ClientManage and supervise CO Technicians and InstallersCoordinate scheduling, dispatch, and site accessMonitor productivity and workforce performanceReplace underperforming personnel as neededAttend project meetings and provide status updatesManage escalation issues and resolve operational challengesOversee administrative tasks including system access and reportingLead RFC (Request for Change) processes and approvalsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong leadership and team management experienceBackground in telecom network deployment or central office operationsProject management experience (telecom preferred)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with workflow systems and reporting toolsWork EnvironmentCombination of field oversight and administrative coordinationInteraction with engineering, operations, and procurement teams
