Product Data Management LeaderProvide leadership and strategic guidance to our product data management team with responsibility for availability, usability, and integrity of our product data as a trusted enterprise asset.Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key AccountabilitiesLead, coach, and develop team of direct reportsResponsible for effective product change management and the accuracy and integrity of managed dataEstablish and monitor department performance metricsCoordinate project priority for product data management teamEffective management of team resource usage to identify and resolve conflicting project deliverablesEnsure the right processes and tools are in place to meet business needs while complying with established standardsInitiate, manage, and coordinate updates to product data management processesLead department continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate the cleanup and restructuring of data in support of process optimizationTrain personnel on new or updated business systems and processesThought leadership and strategic oversight surrounding new item creation, item merge/purge processes, and acquisition integration activitiesAdditional responsibilities as assignedMinimum QualificationsMust be a minimum of 18 years of age or olderMust pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicablePreferred Qualifications5+ years progressively responsible experience in Data Analysis, Data Management, Data Governance and/or Data StewardshipBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience2+ years' experience managing a diverse teamExpert level proficiency in MS Office, Alteryx experience a plusStrong understanding of product data lifecycle managementProven project management skillsProcess improvement mindsetCreative, strategic thinkerExceptional communication skills and relationship-building abilitiesDemonstrate effectiveness in achieving results through understanding and management of internal customer relationships, prioritization, and delegation of tasksStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentWaterworks industry knowledge/experience a plusUnderstanding of Product LifecycleExceptional communication skills and relationship buildingStrong problem-solving skillsDirect management experience a plusCore & Main is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
