- Oversee daily People Operations activities
- Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and workload prioritization
- Proactively identify, recommend, and implement improvements to HR processes
- Support HRIS process and system enhancements
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardize documentation practices
- Partner with manager to establish, monitor, and analyze SLAs and KPIs
- Support and contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives and projects
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and resolution of inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resources or People Operations
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience in managing and improving HR processes
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally
- Experience in data analysis and using HR metrics
- Preferred experience with Workday
