Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor

Hourly Rate: $27.30

Job Overview

Full-time position requiring work on holidays and weekends, with first and second shift availability. US driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO use, cleanliness and address deficiencies.
• Complete inventories of supplies, food, and liquor; check stock and requisition supplies.
• Lead shifts and supervise scheduled associates.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Assist other departments to ensure optimal service to guests.
• Ensure associates are trained in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects.
• Collaborate with management to formally recognize hourly associates’ performance contributions.
• Provide hourly duties assistance to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs; interact professionally and promptly; contribute to team goals; always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Background and drug screening may be required in accordance with company policy and applicable legal requirements.
