Requirements

- Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality management systems
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical capability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environment experience preferred
Compensation: $83,300–$125,000 base, plus variable annual bonus
