Supervisor of Data ManagementLocation: Oklahoma City, OK, US, 73120 Req ID: Benefits: Fuel Your Growth with Love's - company funded tuition assistance, Paid Time Off, 401(k) – 100% Match up to 5%, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance after 30 days, Competitive Pay, Career DevelopmentJob FunctionsSupervise, train, and mentor a team of Data Specialists, ensuring effective task delegation and skill developmentOversee the collection and validation of item data, ensuring it meets organizational standards and is updated in relevant systemsDevelop and implement process improvements to enhance data management workflows, minimizing errors and optimizing efficiencyCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, IT, Supply Chain) to address data issues and enhance system functionalityMonitor and ensure the integrity of all data-related activities, including the setup, validation, and updating of product dataLead and execute advanced data reporting, providing insights on trends, discrepancies, and process improvementsDevelop and maintain operational reportsEnsure that master pack dimensions and weights are accurate and up to date to facilitate space planning and operational efficiencyResolve complex data discrepancies and collaborate with the Purchasing and Vendor teams to address any issuesStay updated on industry best practices and data management tools to drive continuous improvement across the teamExperience and QualificationsHigh school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
