Overview
Supervisor, Member Outreach / MCO Training Specialist (Remote) – Molina Healthcare. This remote role will focus on spearheading and facilitating training initiatives that we are currently undergoing and have upcoming.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff.
- Conduct onboarding sessions covering company policies and compliance requirements.
- Provide refresher training on new products, services, or processes.
- Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, scripts, and e-learning modules.
- Functions as a hands-on supervisor, assisting in day-to-day operations and supervision of staff with adherence to the member outreach program.
- Assist with implementation of interventions to maintain and/or improve the quality and efficiency of operations/services.
- Prepare and utilize reports to monitor and audit systems, procedures, and the quality of customer services; represent the unit at departmental and planning meetings as requested.
- Ensure staffing policies, procedures and SOPs are standardized and current to meet business needs.
- Support the Strategic Plan; provide technical and content support to align programs/processes; assist Managers in developing new projects/processes as requested by health plans.
Qualifications
- Required Education: High School Diploma
- Preferred Education: Associate\'s degree
- Required Experience: 2-3 years call center experience
- Preferred Experience: 5 years call center experience and all background skills listed above
- Background in Managed Care and familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid is desirable
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish or Mandarin)
Skills and Tools
- Process-based approach; ability to build forms and trainings in Canva, Snag-It, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel for tracking and training results, OneNote, SharePoint (administration), Teams Channels
- Strong training design, development, and delivery capabilities
Additional Information
- Pay Range: $77,969 - $116,835 / ANNUAL
