Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and empower technical staff while managing performance and career development
- Oversee process execution, standardize methodologies, and review critical batch production records
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving for manufacturing deviations and equipment issues
- Collaborate across functions to optimize processes and implement continuous improvements
- Draft and review quality documentation to support client milestones and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Advanced degree plus 3 years GMP pharmaceutical/biologics experience, or bachelor's degree plus 5 years
- 3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing for solids, liquids, and semi-solid dosage forms
- Strong understanding of cGMP requirements and US/EU regulatory standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and complex manufacturing projects
- Experience with process validation, technology transfer, and scale-up activities
- Proficiency in technical writing, batch records, validation protocols, and Microsoft Office Suite
