Supervisor, Cloud Technical Account Management (Fully Remote)

• Partner with Sales to grow Cloud TAM revenue and attach the service to customers.
• Build financial models and dashboards to track pipeline, bookings, margin, and profitability.
• Supervise Cloud TAMs and Engineers, coaching performance and development.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and cross-training to build a high-performing team.
• Assign accounts and Engineer coverage based on complexity and profitability.
• Act as escalation point for critical issues and ensure QBRs and RCA reviews.
