Overview
Step into a pivotal leadership role where clinical expertise meets team impact. As a Supervisor Clinic RN – Gastroenterology, you’ll lead and support a dynamic team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs) while shaping high-quality, patient‑centered care in a specialized GI setting. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and manage clinical staff, ensuring excellence in day‑to‑day operations, workflow efficiency, and patient outcomes. You’ll play a key role in reviewing clinical charts for accuracy, compliance, and quality, helping to uphold the highest standards of care and regulatory best practices.
Responsibilities
Lead and support clinical staff in an ambulatory GI setting, guiding teams through complex patient scenarios. Mentor staff, manage workflows, and ensure compliance with clinical chart accuracy, regulatory standards, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Previous charge/lead nurse experience.
