About the Role
We are looking for a Board Certified Psychiatrist licensed in California for a part‑time role with our clinical team. You will supervise a team of Psychiatric‑Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) delivering asynchronous and synchronous telemedicine care to adult patients who are stable on medication and primarily managing anti‑depressant and anti‑anxiety medication. This job is incredibly flexible – you decide your hours and shift times.
The ideal candidate is adaptive to change, proactive in providing feedback on areas for improvement, and excited to grow with us.

Responsibilities
- Supervise our Nurse Practitioners who treat clients for anxiety and depression per state regulations and requirements
- Conduct chart reviews for multiple NPs
- Be available and flexible to the Nurse Practitioners to answer questions, provide clinical clarifications, and elevate any issues to medical leadership
Qualifications
- Active, good‑standing medical license in California (additional licenses are a plus)
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Medical Doctorate from an accredited medical school
- Previous experience supervising Nurse Practitioners in clinical settings
- 5+ years of direct care experience, excluding orientation/training
- Comfortable using computers and video‑conferencing software; prior telemedicine experience is a plus
- Dedicated to providing the best patient care possible

- Monday to Friday
Compensation
- $600 per supervised Nurse Practitioner (typically 2‑hour commitment per NP per month)
- Typically 2–4 NPs to be supervised
