About the Role
We are seeking a Board Certified Psychiatrist licensed in California for a part-time role on our clinical team. The physician will supervise a team of Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) delivering both asynchronous and synchronous telemedicine care to adults stable on medication, primarily managing antidepressant and anti-anxiety regimens. This position is highly flexible; you choose your hours and shift times.
The ideal candidate is adaptable to change and proactive in providing feedback to management on areas for improvement. We are looking for individuals who are excited to grow with us.

Responsibilities
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners who treat clients for anxiety and depression in accordance with state regulations
- Conduct chart reviews for multiple NPs
- Be available and flexible to answer questions, provide clinical clarifications, and escalate issues to medical leadership
Qualifications
- Active and in good standing medical license in California (additional licenses a plus)
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Medical Doctorate from an accredited medical school
- Experience supervising Nurse Practitioners in clinical settings
- 5+ years of direct patient care experience (excluding orientation/training)
- Comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; prior telemedicine experience is a plus
- Dedicated to providing high-quality patient care

Compensation
- $600 per supervised Nurse Practitioner (typically a 2-hour commitment per NP per month)
- Typically 2–4 NPs supervised
