Job description:
Position Overview
Seeking a qualified physician to provide supervising physician services in support of psychiatric mental health services at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, Tennessee.
The physician will be available to consult with the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), conduct monthly chart reviews covering 20% of charts as specified in the RFQ, and provide additional consultations as needed.
Schedule and Candidate Availability
Monthly chart reviews covering 20% of charts, as required by the RFQ.
Physician consultations with the PMHNP monthly and as needed.
Availability for additional consultations as reasonably required under the contract.
Candidates must confirm their availability to complete monthly chart reviews and provide consultations.
The exact number of charts, expected monthly hours, response times, and any additional coverage requirements must be confirmed before finalizing the agreement.

Current medical license and verification of authorization to practice in Tennessee.
Professional qualifications and specialty information.
Evidence of professional malpractice insurance.
