Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- On-call duty is possible but rarely required
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with 340B program requirements and general pharmacy regulations
- Manage prescription processing with attention to accuracy and patient safety
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare staff to optimize workflow
- Maintain inventory control and manage drug utilization effectively
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the pharmacy meets quality standards
- Licensed Pharmacist with retail experience required
- Familiarity with the 340B drug pricing program preferred
- Iowa pharmacist license or eligibility for Iowa temporary license
- Ability to work full-time hours as outlined
- Strong organizational and communication skills for effective team leadership
