Salary

$120K-$130K + Benefits

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain schedules and quality standards
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Enforce site safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Coordinate inspections, site logistics, and sequencing of work
• Review drawings and specifications to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Ability to manage multiple trades and complex schedules
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control
• Experience working for a General Contractor preferred
