Our client has spent nearly 50 years turning blueprints into finished buildings, growing from a family business into a respected name across multiple markets. They need a Superintendent who can take a project from dirt work to punch list and deliver on the vision the client set out to build, keeping every phase, trade, and relationship on track.

Compensation

$100,000–$120,000, DOE

• Choice of a $1,060 monthly vehicle allowance (car + gas) or a company truck with a 10% bonus, gas and tolls included, after 60 days

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own execution and timely completion of all construction phases, from dirt work to punch list
• Run scheduling and lead subcontractor and owner/architect meetings
• Enforce all corporate safety rules and regulations
• Drive the quality control program and inspect work in progress for conformity to contract documents and specs
• Maintain and grow relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Experience running $20MM–$30MM commercial construction projects required
• Manufacturing or industrial project experience required
• Design-build and fast-track project experience preferred
• Ground-up experience covering every phase, from sitework to closeout, preferred
