Rinvio is hiring a Superintendent - Telecom/Security for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Amarillo, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule.

What you will do
- Own or support telecom and security systems field supervision, pathway and device readiness, installation sequence, QA, test support, and closeout.
- Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
- Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
- Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
- Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.
What we are looking for
- Strong field leadership with subcontractor, craft, and daily work planning experience.
- Able to drive lookaheads, manpower coordination, installation quality, and safety expectations.
- Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience.
- Able to work on site in the Amarillo, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule.
- Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades.
