The LiRo Group seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site construction for complex infrastructure, transportation, and building projects. In this role, you will manage daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure work complies with plans, specifications, safety standards, and schedule milestones. You’ll monitor quality, resolve site issues, and support inspections and closeout.
Working closely with project managers, engineers, and owners, you’ll help deliver high-performance projects while mentoring crews and contributing to LiRo’s culture of technical excellence and accountability.
