Are you a Mechanical Superintendent, HVAC Superintendent, or Mechanical Foreman looking to step up into a role with real ownership of projects and a clear route into Project Management? Do you want to join a well-established commercial mechanical contractor known for looking after its people and maintaining a strong work-life balance?

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on commercial HVAC / mechanical construction projects, managing crews across job sites and working closely with subcontractors to deliver high-quality work. You will receive on-the-job support including mentorship, with the chance to progress as the company continues to grow on the back of a strong backlog of work.

In this role you will run daily site check-ins with crews, coordinate materials, liaise with subcontractors, and support invoicing and project administration. xzgxqkn The position is field-based with office visits around twice per week, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

This role would suit a Mechanical Superintendent or experienced Mechanical Foreman with commercial HVAC experience, looking for long-term development, increased responsibility, and progression into senior leadership or Project Management.

The Role:

• Oversee commercial HVAC / mechanical construction work across multiple job sites
• Daily check-ins with crews and coordination of subcontractors
• Field-based role

The Person:

• Commercial HVAC / mechanical construction background with experience leading crews
• OSHA 30 and EPA certification (or able to obtain immediately)
• Looking for progression and long-term development in a growing contractor
